I ordered the bigger pink one back in June, after a while the tracking never updated so after 3 months of business days I contacted the company and they sent me another one at no extra charge. It is now december and yesterday I received the pink one, and today I received the grey color which wasn't what I ordered but it's still fine! They both are pretty big and cute, it was about a 6 months wait to get to Canada but I'm still happy, good customer service. :)
