I received the wrong item. As per photo I selected Winter Fugi, but was sent a different item. I have sent 3 emails asking for an exchange. No reply. I am very unhappy with lack of service and no response.

Disappointed
I got the Spring Sakura pattern. The bag is well made and a good size, but I did not get what was pictured, the pattern you see online has been shrunk, the reality is the print is much larger, so the only part of the girl on my bag is her parasol, left eye, and hair above that. I was planning to buy more lunch bags but after this I’m not risking it, pretty bummed. No option to post photo proof.
