Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
How secure is my online order?
When you shop online with your credit card, all your data is entered into a secure SSL website. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to the network of our credit card provider, where your card and your transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
How can I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or reject the order or any part thereof at our discretion at any time after receiving the order, even after the customer has received an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, a credit will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after your order has already been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your home address instead of your business address, as we do not know how long the customs department of the destination will hold the package in limbo.
When will my order arrive?
The delivery time is based on the shipping option you have chosen. As soon as the order is shipped, we will send you your tracking information by email the next day, as tracking information is usually available 72 hours after the order has been shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
How can I track my order?
We will send you your tracking information by email as soon as your order has been shipped. Normally, you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.
What do I do if I have missing items in my order?
If something is still missing, please contact us immediately.
When is my order processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and peak sales seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Please contact us if after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment and you have not received a tracking confirmation.
