Shipping & Return Policies
We want every Homgifts order to arrive safely and feel worth the wait. Please review the policy below before ordering, especially if you are buying a gift for a specific date.

Shipping
- Orders are prepared before shipment. Processing usually takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on product availability, order volume, and item size.
- After processing, delivery can take about 3 to 15 business days depending on your destination, carrier route, parcel size, and the current condition of your local postal system.
- International shipping can occasionally be slow, but every order is shipped with tracking so you can follow the parcel once the carrier has scanned it.
- We do not treat a parcel as lost until the full delivery window has passed and tracking has been reviewed. In most cases, parcels arrive safely after carrier or customs delays.
- If your parcel does not arrive within the promised delivery time, contact us and we will review the shipment. When appropriate, we can arrange a reshipment or a refund.
- If you order more than one item, your order may ship in separate parcels. This helps items move faster when they are stocked in different locations or packed differently. Tracking will be provided for each parcel when available.
- Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout or for mail lost after confirmed delivery.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
- If you change your mind or are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
- For personal returns, including buyer remorse, sizing preference, or style preference, return shipping is paid by the customer. A refund or exchange can be processed after the item returns to us unused, unopened when applicable, and in its original condition.
- If we sent the wrong item or your product arrived damaged or flawed, contact us with your order number and clear photos. We can help arrange a replacement, refund, or another fair solution after reviewing the evidence.
- When an item is confirmed damaged, flawed, or incorrect, we may send a replacement at no additional cost. If the original item is out of stock, we may offer a full refund or store credit.
- In some cases, we may not require the original item to be returned. This depends on the product type, damage evidence, shipping destination, and support review.
- Return or refund requests must be made within 30 days after successful delivery. We cannot guarantee arrangements after that window has passed.
- Please ask any product questions before purchasing if you are unsure about size, color, material, or use. We want you to feel confident before placing the order.
Cancelling an order
- Order cancellation is usually only possible shortly after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
- Orders can move into processing quickly. Once an order has been prepared, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
- If your order has already shipped, you can contact us after it arrives to request a return under the return policy above.
