Big delivery problems, but resolved well
I ordered this as a surprise for my long-distance girlfriend who lives in another country. The item never arrived, marked in tracking as undeliverable and since I was international I couldn't contact the local postal service to resolve it. The customer service at Kawaiies were very helpful though, and agreed to reship the item again. Luckily the second time it arrived! Turns out that somewhere along the line, the address on the printing label changed, probably due to mistranslation - and that's why it was struggling to make it through. My gf loves the plushie I surprised her with, and I was very happy with the helpful customer service. I'm not sure if the label error was Kawaiies fault or the result of a middle man courier but everything was fortunately resolved well, although it all took twice as long and did result in the surprise being ruined a bit -but hey, gf still loved the gift and that's what mattered!
